Q: Do I have to use all my hours at once?
A: No, we only go at the pace that is comfortable for you; a comfortable hour session is 3-5 hours and can be scheduled weeks apart. *Please note purchased packages have a 60-day expiration period
Q: How much of this project do I want to delegate?
A: Take the time to create a list of the items you really need assistance with. Sit with the list a few days, after a few days review the list, and make necessary changes. Now you are ready to contact me.
Q: How do I determine my budget for this task or project?
A: If you need support, I can help you with the bulk of project and then leave “organized homework” for you. I am flexible to your needs and together we can gain balance in your life.
Q: Wouldn’t it just be easier if I do it myself?
A: Whether we’re talking about getting organized, decorating a room, or making home-cooked meals, we tend to want to do as much as we can on our own. Trying to tackle significant tasks and projects on our own can mean spending more time and money than we would if we brought in a pro to help—not to mention having to deal with the frustration of a half-finished project/task with unsatisfactory results.
Q: Do I actually have the time to do this?
A: If your calendar is full and you really need the project done (no matter how simple it might be), it is best to hand over the task to a pro. Think of the relief, and the extra Time and Peace of Mind you are gaining.
Q: Would I enjoy the process of tackling this project?
A: Take into account how you’ll feel once you’re in the thick of the project. Giving your hall closet a makeover on your own may seem like a good way to save money, but if you cringe at the thought of taking the project from A to Z, do yourself a favor and enlist my help.
Q: Do you charge mileage?
A: Depending on your location, yes, and if so I do not charge travel time, only fuel cost.
Q: Do you have minimum purchase requirements?
A: I have a 1 hour minimum and an 8-hour maximum. I offer complimentary consultations with each client. (1 hour maximum)
Q: Can you work by yourself or do I have to be there with you?
A: I can work independently with certain organization and decorating projects, but normally I prefer to work side-by-side with my clients.
Q: Are there any situations that you don’t deal with?
A: Yes, I am not trained to work with people who have any kind of complusive disorders, or people with & ADD/ADHD. I can be of additional support by helping you locate an organizer who is qualified with special training and/or certification in these area(s).
Q: Do you do housecleaning?
A: I am able to provide light house pick up. I can load/unload dishwasher, put away clean laundry, fold down laundry, and pick up around your home. I do not offer detailed cleaning. My goal is to provide you more time in your life for you and your family. I understand that sometimes that may mean a light clean up is in order.
Q: I am so embarrassed to have you see my mess, what should I do?
A: Don’t give it a second thought: no worries! My approach is non-judgmental. I am not looking at your space with a critical eye, my focus is help your find balance. My passion is to help others move from chaos to order, I am here to help you put harmony in your life.
Q: Who provides/pays for supplies?
A: My clients pay for any supplies such as bins, containers, shelving. I can purchase “supplies,” however I do charge for shopping time.

Thank you sooooooo much for helping me organize my office. Working from home can be a challenge especially in a really small space. Your filing system and reorganizing of all my “stuff” has brought me true peace of mind. And helping me decide what to toss and what to keep was such a great help. Crazy to think of how much can be accumulated over the years. Needless to say, I am happy to refer you to my friends and family. The Two words that come to mind are: Many Thanks ~Pat Samuelson {Claremont CA}
