I Get Your Frustration

Have you been feeling frustrated lately?  Stop and think about what situations bring you to the moment of sheer frustration.

Is it when?

You are running late for an appointment?

Is it when?

The husband and/or kids aren’t listening to you?

Is it when?

You are exhausted?

Is it when?

Your to do list is piling high?

Is it when?

You struggle with the phrase no, maybe next time?

Now take a look at how much of your day is really planned?

Do you?

Pad an extra 15 minutes when going to an appointment.

Do you?

Write down tasks for your family, place it in a visible and help your family get into the habit of looking at the list.

Do you?

Get restful sleep.

Do you?

Create a weekly to do list.

Do you?

Plan.

Creating a plan can help you bust thru the frustration. If you can take a few minutes weekly and daily you will find your frustrations minimize. Invest in your Peace and Plan.
